  • Which boxers had the most snap/leverage in their punches?

By snap / leverage I mean guys like Tyson, Julian Jackson, Roy Jones Jr Gerry Cooney etc who get the most snap out of their midsection.

It'd be between Tommy Hearns and Bob Foster in my opinion.

He's not going to get any credit but Bute throws with the most amazing leverage I have seen

Bute? He's waiting for his opponent to extend his right arm then he's going underneath were the ribs are exposed. Its a great move and counter but his punch isn't going IN deep its actually poping back out! The results are there so thats what counts. If he stood his ground and dug his left in and followed with the right hook to the body or head or BOTH! (double it) that would be very impressive!
Fighters with good leverage obviously have balance!

"Snap out of their mid section"...........I have no idea what that means. Are you trying to explain using the body in with the punch (turning hips) ? Ray.
