  • Excluding Harold Johnson, who would you pick to beat Bob Foster at LHW?

I think Ezzard Charles is the only one I'd really favour. Spinks, Moore, Tunney are all tight fights.

    Spinks beats him imo.

On his best day, Charles beats any Light Heavy ever IMO. Foster gets clipped out there. Moore would be interesting; could he get inside? If he could, he could KO him. Spinks would be pick 'em.

            Why excluding Johnson?

I'd give Foster the edge H2H, against Johnson.

I think Johnson would win if it went to a Decision and I think he would be leading on the cards but I just worry that when he lands one of those huge bombs that Johnson would be in big trouble.

                  I wouldn't argue with that.

IF Foster can land a flush bomb he can get ANY LHW out of there. He was an excellent finisher. I would pick Charles and Moore to beat him. Charles made great fighters look mediocre like he got paid to do it (oh wait....). And Moore is so crafty and versatile he would find a way to win.
