Even on my non sparring days ill spar like 2 rounds just to warmup with a friend. Mitts is also very big in training, its hard to push your self as hard if you dont have some1 yelling atu

Mmm, where abouts do you live? Practice on the bag is good.

What do you know about burpee and High intensity interval training?
Its easy to work on your conditioning solo. I take advantage of my solo time dong my weight lifting, conditioning and some bag work Speed and double end bags. What kind of time are you looking to spend and what areas are you looking to improve.

Check out ross training.com I like the workouts he posts there. There is a **** load of burpees you can do Try exersizes like 15 burpees 50m sprint 15 mule or bronco kick burpees jog back 15 knee tucks 50m sprint 15 pushups and repeat x 6 . 3 min interval sprints followed by pushups and 60 sec jog. I would make use of that time working on conditioning you have plenty of time to get an awsome conditioning workout. Which would suit a boxer well. I'll look for some other workouts and post them if I remember. lol. oh yeah on the ross training do the Run carry press workout its a ***** takes a die hard to do it. good luck
