What about guys like Beau Jack, Gene Tunney, Hopkins, Jofre, etc? No doubt I bet there would be GLARING ommissions.
They won't be omitted. Everyone's top 10 will be different. As you can see from those who already submitted their lists. Already, there are 22 fighters and it's the first day of the thread.

I applaud your ambitious undertaking, but you might be hard-pressed to obtain a consensus of 50, based solely on the top ten posted by each individual on this thread, when hardly more than 20 different fighters could be mentioned. You'll most likely have to go outside "the box" to compile your 50.

That said, here's my top 10:
        1. Robinson
        2. Armstrong
        3. Louis
        4. Greb
        5. Ali
        6. Duran
        7. Leonard, B.
        8. Pep
        9. Holmes
        10. Gans

            Good list.

Put Marvin Hagler at #1 and I'll give you 1 billion points.

                  That's good. Unprecedented actually.

Sometime after 20 most people start wheeling out Morales, Barrera e.t.c. and it starts to look like more of a memory exercise than ranking

Great fighters, but they don't belong quite that high.

I'd put Barrera in the top 30 possibly. Never made a list that goes that far but in terms of other fighters I'd have in my top 20, a top 30 seems ok for MAB.

Barrera is bottom top 10 as far as even mexican fighters go.

Olivares, Saldivar, Ortiz, Chavez, Morales, etc. rank higher IMO
