    Hey , i just started to box a week ago, but i only can go 2 outta 5 days, until i get my own car, i work out at the gym when im not boxing but have no idea what to do anymore cuz boxing in my schedule, i was wondering what i should do on the 3 days at the gym

    MON-GYM TUE-BOX WED-GYM THUR-BOX FRI-GYM (or saturday if i dont go friday)
    thats my current schedule,

    and i was wondering what could heal soreness in the body, we were doing wall squats and my quads are killing me, and i got boxing tomoro, any suggestion?

    its kinda hard to understand what you wrote.

    Im guessing you were askin what you can do outside the gym as far as boxing. You can jumprope, shadowbox, and practice footwork and headmovement.
