No match for California's $100 billion highspeed rail to nowhere (that isn't even high speed)

It's for pedestrians, over a 4 lane road, and connects the stadium to a public transit station.

How is it a bridge to nowhere?

It was built for the Super Bowl crowds but the FBI is closing it down for the Super Bowl because it's a security risk. An incredible waste of money. Another example of government wasting taxpayer dollars. This country really has lost its balls. 200 years ago we'd be killing politicians for shyt like this.

You would kill politicians for building a pedestrian bridge what about the actual ****ing stadium who do you think paid for that?

I'm against using taxpayer money to build stadiums but at least you can argue that these stadiums bring jobs to the city and attract customers to local businesses. Spending 23 mil on this bridge was no better than flushing it down the toilet.

The Wall budget was 5 billion, not 100 billion, but I would gladly give it over 100 billion in funding given its importance.

Cost is not the issue. 5 billion is nothing to the federal government, it fails to account for more than that on a monthly basis.

They oppose the wall for the same reason they fund human trafficking boats into Southern Europe.

We also need to assist South American countries in fortifying their coastal security. As Europe is flooded to collapse with sub-Saharan populations, they will eventually turn their smuggling operations westward.

It will be open for people exiting the Super Bowl.

And that bridge can still be used on NFL game days to avoid disrupting traffic when pedestrians get off of public transit and have to get across the 4-lane road.

It's a smart design that will actually serve a purpose, even if it's overpriced.

Why are you so against the wall? Afraid it's going to cut into your food stamps?
