                  The only way to desensitize is to fight for real. Remember try you're hardest to hit and not get hit. Stick and move. Its brutal at times but also if you have some fighting spirit inside adrenaline can help alleviate pain symptoms/fear during the actual fight. I tend to be automatic in reflex during a fight dont think to much just do. Wish you the best of luck bud.
