Here are key things you need.

Changing table. 1sies. Dont even worry about toys Burner. get something that spins around and something that lights up. get a couple big books for them to look at, check the books by Sandra Boynton. One is called 1,2,3. GET THOSE. Babies love them. Playpens and all that is for a few months down the road. Have lotsa wipeys and diapers around. They loe regular stuff for toys like remote controls, cell phones, empty water bottles, etc. You trying to breast feed or formula?
