    what are the best energy foods that are not fating?

    energy foods are fattening if you don't use up the energy they provide... and it depends on what kind of energy you're looking for eg. a burst of energy or energy for endurance

    you might want to learn a bit about the differences between carbs, protiens and fats and the calorie contents of foods to determine what you should eat and when. but other than that, the best advice i can give is eat natural foods that grow in the ground or bleed when you kill them.

    for a quick response, nuts and seeds and dried fruit are good for snacking on if you don't eat **** loads of them. a banana or glass of milk aint too bad either but you'll find what works for you.

      i eat an orange before i work out. that does the trick for me.
