New hip hop from France

I first properly got into hip-hop in the 90s and its still probably my favourite period. I especially loved Guru, in Gang Starr alongside Premier but also in Jazzamataz, blending Jazz and hip-hop, 'The Roots' were another favourite.

I think you can hear strands of both in the Waxidermist tracks below. I don't know much other than they're from France where there's been some good hip-hop over the years.
