  • GGG moving to 168 after June! DUCKING CANELO!

Why wont this clown just sign the fight lmfao. Only Guy on their Radar is BJS lmfao.

What part of the game is this, They crying they want the canelo fight but they wont sign the fight, and they put the blame on canelo lmfao. The fights their they just have to sign.

    lets brake down the facts.

    Accepted step aside money
Refused a catchweight fight with canelo (was okay for rosado mind you)
Offered you a 15 million guarantee at 160lbs GGG turned it down wants a %
They Pulled the 15 million guarantee and are saying they will offer you a % instead, now GGG dont want that and they flat out saying now they gonna move up after fighting bjs.

He practically got everything he demanding and everytime canelo concedes something to him he wants something else and now according to able they arent even considering canelo and making it sound like canelo doesnt want the fight when they had a contract they just had to sign to make it official that they never signed.

Or is that short term memory? Already forgot about that huh?

It's pretty obvious Golovkin/K2 want Canelo in September. Pick up the last belt from Saunders in Kazakhstan in June, huge fight against Canelo at the end of the year. That's the plan. There's nothing left for Golovkin in the division that he hasn't already fought other than Johnson and Eubank, neither really do anything other than stay busy. Would much rather just have a Jacobs rematch.

Also gotta wonder how much longer he's gonna fight. Hopefully Golovkin Boy's plan isn't trying to wait him out, either till he retires or gets best by someone. The way Oscar talks though it never sounds promising (like saying the Jacobs fight decreased the chance of the fight happening now, stuff like that).

Bad idea IMO. There is no fight in 168. He will be smaller too. No point. Should clear out mw after unification. Charlo, eubank, canelo, Jacobs 2 are still fights waiting to be made.

1.) He's bluffing. If Canelo wants to do 1 million buys he NEEDS GGG. Im guessing the Chavez fight might do 800ishk, which is good. But if he wants to stay in this territory he NEEDS GGG. Otherwise he can go back to doing 300k.

2.) He clearly said "IF..." Key word there- IF Canelo isn't ready to fight in September.

Ginger made him fight twice last year. Should ignore this moron team until they grows some balls. They only spew bs. Ggg's career is moving well ahead with his goal almost achieved. Massive respect for Jacobs because he stepped up and is a good name in ggg's CV too.

Haven't people on here been saying ggg needs to move up...now he's ducking? I'd rather see him stay at 160 and rematch jacobs if he can't get the canelo fight.

-These are facts? Ok if they are facts post up the proposed contract offers. Let's see them. Oh that's right you can't. You're going by Golden Boy statement to the media.

-You left out the fact Canelo only got to fight a step aside fight because he agreed to fight Golovkin after. He then reneged on that agreement. Dropped his title and gave it to Golovkin, which is a fact.

-So what percentage was offered to K2? Let's see the details. The $15 million flat fee was obviously bogus, it's like you guys completely forgot about Mayweathers $40m flat fee offer to Pacquiao. And that was $40m, a massive chunk of money, and yet everyone knew it was a BS offer considering how much money the fight was worth (which Pac obviously got much more). So why even mention it? It's an offer that Golden Boy knew would get rejected by K2. That's part of the negotiating game, it accomplishes two things, one it shows they are the A-Side and two they give it to the media to say 'hey look, we're trying to make the fight', which makes Canelo look somewhat better after all the heat he tool by dropping his title and giving it to Golovkin in the first place. Basic promoter tactics, it's like you guys are new to boxing.

-Golovkin said he's moving up in weight after he fights BJS? When? Where? Or are you referring to Abel Sanchez video you just posted where he said "if the red head won't step in the ring with Golovkin then it's up to 168"? Right. Not sure why you feel the need to leave that part out and twist it as if I didn't watch the same video you posted.

-What does Golovkin want? A fight with Canelo obviously and a fair deal. Not a flat fee. Not $5m with a small percentage. He is the unified middleweight champion and after Saunders he will have the WBA, WBC, WBO, and IBF titles that Canelo would be challenging for. This isn't Amir Khan or Liam Smith or even Chavez jr. It's a huge fight, the biggest PPV in the sport right now for all of Golovkins belts, the money generated is a significant amount of cash. Split it fairly, it's not that difficult to comprehend.
