No they can't. Dogs have considerably better hearing than humans and their sense of smell is ridiculously developed, but they can't see in colour, they have much worse visual acuity and they can't focus as well as we can. Furthermore their tactile senses are less developed than ours.

My cat does scare the **** out of me sometimes though. She's just sitting there sitting there half asleep then all of a sudden she will get up state at something and then follow it around the room with its eyes. It does scare me not going to lie.
