If Roy is the fastest puncher of all time who is the 2nd fastest of all time?

I think he is the best combination of speed and power... There have been faster guys at the lower weights, but no one can match the speed, size and power of roy.. The dude was a 160-200 pound fighter but was as quick as a lightweight/welter... Scary combination

Also do you think Roy is the fastest like I do? I think he is by a long shot.

Ali and Patterson both had faster combinations and better punch selection. However, RJJ did have a better combination of speed and power and purely based on those two qualities, he is up there alongside SRL, SRR and a couple others on the basis of that criteria.

are you guys seriously saying some lightweight guys are faster than roy? no one is naming anyone specifically that is faster

also pac man here while very fast and impressive didn't get much hip rotation on any of those punches infact for most of them his hips moved about an inch only, why on earth does he do that, it increases speed a lot but decreases power a ton too

if his punches were a full range of motion they would be alot slower
