Cmon man you know this. And you know the D's would do the same in sports or business or some other field if it pushed their agenda. I think 1st and foremost the family should be respected from all aspects; the media, the public, & the court of law. With that said, I was reading an article about the # of American citizens killed by drunk drivers, its pretty horrific. What I dont get though is how if you sell over a certain amount of drugs or guns it becomes a federal crime BUT you break federal law by entering illegally & kill a citizen but get charged by the state? dumb logic imo. All murders of US citizens by illegals should be tried federally. There should be sentence enhancements up to death & the good thing about federal death row is there is less appeals and more open cells then states can typically house.
