PBF never refused a 7-day cutoff, he just took a vacation when he got word that the Pac Team was about to even accept a 0 day OST.

The hater will hate but the facts are that 2 negotiations fell apart; the first because Pacquiao wouldn't budge, the second because Mayweather wouldn't. so far both fighter's egos have stopped this fight from happening.

I do hope they come to an agreement, 14 days or 7 is more then reasonable. IMHO there's entirely too much $$$ to be made by too many people for this fight not to happen.
