  • What do we make of Reece Bellotti?

So ive now seen two of this guys fights. One on the first NXTGN card, vs Dai Davis, and also last Saturday vs Jamie Speight.

Im well impressed by him tbh. He has an aggressive and exciting style, but remains fundamentally sound while applying pressure. He seems calm and confident, doesnt rush his work and just lets his punches flow. Good headmovement, and has that ability to counter while on the front foot which is just sexual to watch IMO.

Anyone else following him? He isnt young at 26 for a FW, but still has plenty of time as well.

Would love to see him challenge for the British soon like Hearn was alluding to post fight. Ryan Walsh now has the belt outright so presumably will be looking to move on and try for Euro honours again. Any good potential opponents for Reece to fight for a vacant title?

Looked calm & assured on Saturday night. Educated pressure from him on display, would definitely like to see him go for a British title.

Very very exciting to watch. Has Real Power.

Still has some things to work on but he could be a future world champion.

My mate josh kennedy fought him in amateurs aba. How the hell he gets decisions blinds me. Josh beat speight easy too. His just signed with frank warren so him n bellotti won't be happening as his with hearn

He should unify his Commonwealth title with the British and European titles. Could lead to decent fights with Isaac Lowe and Ryan Walsh. Some unknown Spaniard holds the European but it's a decent title to hold on the way up. So far Reece Bellotti has been carefully matched. Anyone can look good against a string of opponents who turn up to lose and collect a paycheck.
