Some kind of unified governing body a bit like FIFA in soccer. If the WBC champ doesn't want to fight the WBA then the WBC becomes vacant and the winner of the vacant title fights the WBA champ. The WBC champ then loses his ranking.

It's harsh, but it would really help the overall quality of the sport and the matches.

It should be a rule that you HAVE to fight the other champs and then once a fighter gets all the titles then mandatories can come about...It should be the best vs the best period..the champs fight each other with the rest fight o get the right to challenge the true champ.
