Canelo hasn't done enough yet, so replace him with the much more deserving Vicente Saldivar.

Replace them both with the mightier Salvador Sanchez.

In my mind there are only two that should be unanimous and undisputed, Julio Ceser Chavez and Salvador Sanchez. Lopez probably does belong there, too, more by virtue of his record, though, because I do not remember him beating any greats or having huge fights. He did not beat great opposition, as I remember.

Unfortunately, Salvador's career was cut short, but one got to see enough to tell he was extraordinary. Besides, he had the greatest mop of plumage I can remember in a world class boxer.

The last three spots are really up for grabs.

My list is exactly the same. It seems like Ricardo Lopez should be there, but I can't put him above these five.

That list looks pretty good to me. Lopez is always arguable. People who come afterwards, write the history and make the lists. I could almost guarantee that in 10-20 years time, several names on your list are likely to lose ground to more recent fighters, such as Barrera, Marquez and Morales, or even newer phenoms.

                  Lopez
                  Sanchez
                  Marquez
                  Chavez
                  &
                  Zarate (give or take him)

                  Not in that particular order.

                    Saldivar
I agree, the first four are a given. Last spot is up for grabs between Saldivar, Canto or Lopez.
