I'll post it here just in case anyone else wants to try

Do you have any tools? You'll have to cut out the rings for the subs like you can see in my pic I posted. I think you can buy the rings on eBay so that might help ya.
You'll need masking tape and foil. Tape the space you want the sub to go. Tape it up really good. Then add the foil around the area that you don't want resin to go. This is just more to prevent the glass from getting on the areas you don't want.
Next you'll want to buy paint cups
        Fiberglass resin
        Fiberglass Matt
Stir sticks are free at home depot lol. You can get all the supplies there anyway. Grab a gallon of resin and a few packs of fiberglass Matt and some of those cheap paint brushes. They're like .50 grab maybe 5 of these.
You'll also need 1/4 in wood dowels along with a hot glue gun.

        Ok let's get started.
Tape off the side of the trunk. Once taped off and foiled you'll want to tear the fiberglass Matt into say three inch pieces. You'll have a large stack of these pieces. Now, pour the resin in the plastic paint cup, I'd say half a quart will work. Then add the mek. Follow the instructions on how much to add. Just a warning. Not enough and it won't dry, to much and it will start smoking, no joke. Weather will also determine how much mek.
They make a resin that dries with uv light. This is awesome stuff but pricey. I'd save my money and just go with the normal stuff. But I've done this a LOT.

Once mixed start brushing the resin on the masking tape. Be fast, then add a few pieces of Matt and push it down with the brush onto the Matt while adding resin. Repeat the process all over the area. Until you get all the air bubbles out and it's maybe 1/8 inch thick.

Let it dry, then take a marker and draw out on the piece the size you want. Then pop the part out. Now you'll need to trim the part with a dremel or cut off wheel. Where a mask! Not a N95 but a 3m respirator. I would also try and run a shop vac or do this outside so the dust blows away or gets sucked away. This chit will itch! Oh and plastic gloves are a must.

Once this piece is cut out place it back in the car to see if you like the fitment. Now with it in the car take your wood dowels and hot glue the dowels in place. Once cool and the dowels in place hold the rings up beat the dowels. Just a tip, ice cubes will make the glue setup faster. Hold the ice on the glue. Cut the dowels to size then hot glue them to the ring. Once dry find some fleece. Pull the fleece over your part. Stretch it until smooth and tight. Hot glue the fleece to the edge of the part you made. Once cool trim it with a blade as close as you can.

Now tear 3in pieces of the Matt again and mix up the resin again. Brush the resin on the fleece. Then start adding the Matt like you did before and tamp it down with a paint brush while adding resin. Let dry and then grind the sides until it's one sold part. You should be able to see the seam when done. Don't go to far or you'll separate the parts you made. If this happens no biggie just add more glass and resin.

After cut the center of the ring. You can finish it with paint or just get some foam and vinyl and wrap it. Install your speaker and call it good! Hook everything up and you're good to go.

Oh another tip, when you add resin to the fleece avoid the inside of the speaker ring. That was when it's all dry you can just take a blade and cut the circle out.
I'll look for more of my pics and it should give you a good idea.

I know it should rough but it's really not. Once you get this down there's a ton of stuff you can make. I've made all kinds of stuff for people.
