    I no longer waste my time or money on supplements.
    Outside of whole food all I use is fish oils & a multi-vitamin and a whey isolate.

    Best move I ever did. More money to show for it, better skin, I feel more energetic and no unwanted side effects such as heavy sweats, feeling bloated, running to the toilet every 2 minutes & jitters.
