mount it with an iso mounter, or burn it to a disc.

look for a "burn image" option in your cd burning program and open your iso file.

I found burning iso's to cd or dvd never worked. You need a special program to trick your computer into thinking there's a legit disc in your system. I use to have one but my HD crashed and I lost it. Forget what it was called.

They are dvd image files and need to be burnt using a program such as imgburn or dvd decrypter

if it's a movie, or something like that, i'm pretty sure you can use vlc player to play it.
