If Broner's a Welterweight, but 4 Div. champ, and having growing up in weight consistently, then why didn't Garcia fight Broner at 147? Broner paid his dues with Chino and Porter at 147...

And people still think Haymon wasn't doing Garcia a favor...with Broner not caring much after that 1mil check. He made more against Porter and Maidana...this was a filler fight.

If Broner is a "Welterweight" and JMM fought at 147 and never bottling the limit, then why didn't he fight Broner at Welter? He's been rinsing Thurman's name. Would make sense to fight Broner at 147 before making a statement with Thurman. The reality is hat Garcia is aging too, and he wants big fights, doesn't mean he is ready for 147 legit power, as in receiving it. Let's be real, there wasn't even a title on the line.
