  • That Aguero thing must be nonsense.

Might as well hand us the title if they do that. Best striker in the league by miles.

Tbh, only Chelsea sell to rivals because the rest are scared bitches.

Arsenal did it briefly when they were penny pinching. Man U/City/Spurs/Liverpool/Even Everton would not sell Chelsea a toilet seat.

Arsenal are still the more discerning and savvy. If they sold us Oxlade I'd say that would be advantageous to them because we could definitely get someone better.

With Aguero at City there is nobody better than him imo.

Spurs would do well to sell Eric Dier to Man U if they wanted him if they can get another £50 million. Dude is middling.

Milan's buys still have a lot of question marks but I do think Rodriguez is legit at least. The left back from Wolfsburg.

He was probably the best LB in the Bundesliga for a few years even outshining Alaba but since De Bruyne, Perisic, Naldo etc left Wolfsburg he's looked almost disinterested?

On his day he's a very good player. Solid defensively, great on the ball, superb vision and he's also a quality set piece specialist.

I think Milan have made some brilliant signings this window without going too crazy. I'm not sure Calhanoglu will fit their system and the leagues probably a bit too physical but that may work in his favour being one of if not the best freekick taker in the world.

      • His freekicks are just disgusting. Going to have to make an effort to watch Milan this upcoming season though I personally find Serie A a bit boring, certainly not what it was when I watched it as a kid growing up.

I still feel that's lukaku would be out of place at Chelsea. He doesn't hold up the ball well and i remember reading that most if not all of his goals were everything but headers.

Chelsea cater to a target man. Simple as that. Buy Fernando Torres who needs to run off the shoulders of players, and he was complete dung. Buy Lewandowski and he's probably the honorable 3rd place for the ballon.

Lukaku may or may not be good st United. I'm sure his goal tally will drop and people will say he still had a good season somehow but for strikers, goals are the only thing that matters. He goes 5 games without scoring at Chelsea and he'll get run out of England.

With that said I read somewhere that Chelsea matched United's bid but have also turned to Aubameyang.
I give up on this striker nonsense. Just announce Bakayoko and Rüdiger and I'll be content.

Guardiola approves of Aguero sale to Chelsea.

Anyone else hear about that? That has to be a joke. We'll repeat if we buy Aguero. Full ****ing stop.
Therefore Aguero also wouldn't suit Chelsea?

              • Otamendi is alright.

Stones might be the most overrated player ever, genuinely. There's about 10 English centre halves better than him never mind the rest of the world.

                  Have you seen Aguero play?

As long as he has quality around him, it does not matter where he plays.

                  • Aguero is pushing 30 and is always injured half the season this reminds me when Chelsea were chasing Rooney when Mourinho took over
This would probably be good business for City if they can get close to £70M for him

                    • Aguero is a lone striker though. His technique means he can hold a ball up. Beside Costa's ability to hold the ball up was absolutely dire for the last 5 months of a season. The ball literally never stuck it was incredible really.

Costa was awful past January last season. Chelsea won the league in spite of him in the end. I can fully see why Conte has done what he's done.

But Conte himself should have played Batshoes more.

Costa just scores goals even when he's playing like a drain. That is the fundamental unfairness of football.

100% Franco Di Santo is a better footballer than Diego
Costa. Couldn't score in a brothel that lad.
