Burce Lee is who i would say however hes not showing extreme speed with boxing punches only the much lighter backfists etc which is like a chambered kck but for teh arm, so its easy to get speed there, hes shpows 0 ability to generate pacman like speed with boxing punches or even vitor like speed

His kicks however different story, fastest ever in recorded history!
