Again? We've been sending kids to Mars for decades.

Obama used to go when he was a kid.

she wants to call mars ''home''

      http://www.astronomy.com/news/2017/0...e-live-on-mars

''yes !!!! i want to LEAVE a place that has everything i can ever want/need just so i can say 'been to mars' !!''

and the funny shlt is, to live there, a lot of shlt has to be sent from......EARTH

so you leave one place just so you have to have that very place send you shlt you need to live.

''but, but....we humans are going to die !!!!!''

yep. every year the world is guaranteed to end

me personally, id rather die in the comfort of home than live in a bubble on some other rock.

shes strengthening her celebrity brand for when she drops out.

in all honesty, her parents set her up for this. Like you would need a GCSE level linguist on Mars where there are no people from other countries to talk to. At least do frekin engineering.

What a dork. If it was like the show Life on Mars, then maybe. Or had hot dwarfs and three titted babes like Total Recall, then possibly.

She's not muscular enough for Slobberts.

17 year old who claims she's wanted to go to Mars since she was 3.

Once she blooms into a strong woman I'll check back.

Dying on Mars wouldn't be too terrible. If you watch the interviews with the Apollo 11 astronauts you can tell that seeing what they saw, gaining the perspective they gained, etc. is almost worth dying for. Sure you can stay in a comfortable small shell all your life, not even willing to let another human in on your deepest, most embarrassing secrets. You can go through the motions, doing what is comfortable. But only when you leave that comfort zone, only when you open yourself up to failure and humiliation do you really grow and blossom.

I’ve heard this a few years back, and didn’t know what to make of it? I’ll watch the video later.. thanks.

I don’t doubt that she thinks this, but I doubt it. Who knows, I’ve been wrong before.
