Tupac was a guy who fell too far into the hole in terms of his persona. He made many key mistakes
1) He was too easily accessible. People could always get close to him. While that doesn't seem like much of an issue if you're a fan of his its a big problem if you're a person who wants to feel like they're protected but then you have to deal with people who might just want to run up on you.
2) Pac was not a gangster. He got swarmed in with the wrong kind of people.
