It is said even Prometheus gets a reprieve from the rock now and then... At one time Elroy was the best, bar none...his brain had the knowledge of Hassup, the ability to look at seemingly obscure fighters who were incredible ranked with Green's, and his gym IQ was said to be that of Ray Corso's...and then one day in a bizare twist of fate, while someone was not holding the bag for Elroy, as he was demonstrating for the lads how Georgia Foreman did it back in the day....well the bag rebounded hard off the wall and caught poor Elroy square in the head.

When poor Elroy awoke to the consternation of the boys in the gym, he seemed normal enough at first, that is until in a fit of speaking in tongues he uttered the following:

British heavyweights are mobile fighting machines....Ray Robinson was a poor man's Zab Judah. Well, the lads backed away slowly. Elroy was given a wide birth since then, eventually forced to take up residence in Mom's basement with but a keyboard, a few chips for lunch, and free dental guards for when he wanted to hit the bag.

Exactly. He wouldn't have lost to Ruiz, Byrd, Donald, Sultan Ibragimov, or Toney. He beat Rahman's ass! LoL. He turned back the clock that night. Hahaha!!!!

Rahman's head after that fight, damn!!

You know what they say, every great fighter has one last great performance left in them.

You have never seen the Rahman fight!

                Rahman was WINNING that fight.

In fact it is the same case as Vitali vs Lennox almost.

The injury is extremely lucky, unrepeatable and without it Holyfield loses this fight most likely (although you can never count Holyfield out).

                What about the Moorer loss?

I suppose you guys are going to say he was shot fr that too right??

The problem with you guys is that whenever your fighter was winning he was prime, and as soon as he lost, he was shot!

You do this for ALL your favourites..

Therefore basically claiming that all of your favourites were pretty much unbeatable until they were on the slide.

wtf are you on about? Holy won the fight on the judges scorecard and pretty much everyone in sports row had him winning...what fight were you actually watching?

Now you chat a lot of rubbish and I don't normally respond because it's a waste of time but I never once said Holyfield was unbeatable in his prime. Riddick Bowe beat him and the Moorer loss itself was very controversial...if you know about the fight then you know about the controversy surrounding the judges AND the injuries Holy was fighting with but fair play to Moorer, the guy fought his heart out after the KD. Great fight, close fight, could have gone either way in reality.

It still doesn't change the fact Holyfield has an ATG resume.

What about the Moorer fight? Moorer is very good...and even with that said some people had Holly winning that fight (I didn't).
