the obvious one is to defend yourself against criminals. a knife is also a utility tool so like he said, there are literally hundreds of reasons why it's ideal to carry one. let's say you were involved in a car accident or was first at the scene of one and you needed to cut a seat belt. u gonna do that with your credit card?
