Default My weekly training, should I change it?

Hey I've been doing this work out for a while and I would like to hear your opinions, should I change something?

My weekly routine is normaly like this

Monday morning:
-- around 15-20 minutes of skipping rope and HIT burpees, push ups, 2 laps running around the square, etc.
-- 2 rounds of mitts, 3 heavy bag and 2 double end bag.
-- around 15 minutes of abdomen

Tuesday morning:
-- 10 minutes skipping rope
-- 40 minutes of HIT and core training, low weight/high repetition exercises with barbells, shadow boxing with weigths etc.
-- 10 minutes of abdomen
Tuesday afternoon:
-- 10 minute warm up
-- 50 minutes of either heavy bag or throwing combinations with a partner

Wednesday morning:
-- Same as monday morning
Wednesday afternoon:
-- Same as Tuesday afternoon

Thursday morning:
-- Same as Tuesday morning

Friday morning:
-- Same as Monday morning
Friday afternoon:
-- Same as Tuesday afternoon

Due to my schedule I cant work out monday afternoon nor tuesday afternoon

Is there something I should change? Is it a good work out?

Note: this is a general view of the work out, the morning section is where theres more regular change like sometimes less mitts more heavy bag, sometimes instead of free heavy bag my trainer tells me to throw 30 straights, 30 hooks and 30 swings then proceed with 15 push ups and repeat etc.
The afternoon training is almost always the same because the gym is packed tight so I practice different combinations with training partners.
