Was his hiring sort of a political/affirmative action thing? If so, a share of the blame shouldn't go to him but to those responsible for hiring to make a political statement rather than hiring based on qualification.
I honestly don't want to see this cop convicted - but I don't know enough of the facts to determine if this would amount to negligent homicide (different statutes in various states - but similar elements).
I honestly think he will be acquitted, or at worst, get a suspended sentence if he is found guilty.

He was a cop not an office administrator lol all you need is a below average iq and a GED to become a cop.
