    4 rounds of shadow boxing that I forgot to mention (12:00 minutes.).

    Weight - 191 lbs. 6'1.

    I can't believe that at my age I have actually gotten my abs back.

      I ran 6 miles today and then I did some strength training in my garage. Yoga will be next!

        Just skipped rope 6 rounds of 3 minutes each with 1 minute rest between rounds.

        Tomorrow i'll do some strength training will post the workout here after

          Try resting for thirty seconds between rounds. And keep moving between sets. Pace or whatever.

          I notice my performance always improves when I have shorter rest periods. Some Bro science for you. lol

                    For today: Pull ups, dips and heavy bag work

                    Pull ups: 4 x15 , 2 x 10; 2 minutes of rest in between reps.

                    Dips: 4 x 25, 2 minutes rest between reps

                    Heavy bag: 6 rounds of 3 minutes each; first 3 rounds at high intensity and the last 3 at medium. Focusing on technique and speed.

                    I'm planning on competing in the amateurs again as soon as i get my driving licence.

                      how often do you train?

                      over the Winter i was doing 6 days. now - not even close. going to workout for 9 this morning though.
