apparently he can pardon himself if impeached, despite what the constitution says. lol I doubt he can if not impeached either. But even if he can, upon conviction he be impeached thereby usurping his power (if it exists) to do so.

Thank Obama for that, as he implemented policies which allowed kids to be detained for months while their parents or legal guardians, or often not even people related to them just using the kids to get in, are awaiting court. The system is overflooded.
