Lets say you wake up,look out the window and see a random guy cutting your yard, what would be your reaction?

I'd probably say, "I appreciate that but I didn't ask for anyone to cut my yard."
I wouldn't want anyone accidentally doing free work. But, if they did, I'm not going to pay for it. I might give him a few bucks just to be nice but I do my housework myself.
