Like not many people know how to do this full stop. Most people think they are using their legs when they are only using their hips.
There is a drive from the leg esp on the cross, and I find it awkward to mesh the forward drive or push of the leg with the hip rotation.
I will get it myself just by practice, but any tips to help speed up the process will be greatly appreciated.
Its like the legs want to push me forward and that doesn't mesh well with the rotation of my hips it throws them off infact. My body mechanics are perfect if I only use my hips as soon as I introduce my legs everything feels a bit off.
I know you cant see me but take a guess and give me some tips?
