Man, that's gotta sting a bit. I am sure some fans actually did pay to be there, so to hear that a large majority were there for free, or paid to be there must hurt.

If word spreads about this how much will it impact future sales?

I've always thought that for these boxing events if you're going to comp out lots of seats you should comp them exclusive to kids and maybe include a guardian for every 2-3 kids. Especially the upper bowel seats, that way you're atleast growing a future paying audience.
