                Again it depends on how you're defining "mad". I think statistically both are as likely but the madness manifests slightly differently. Paranoid schizophrenics hear get strange illogical ideas. A religious schizophrenic may think that they are the son of the Devil and must take certain actions to save mankind while an atheist one may think they have been implanted with tracking items by the government.
