Default A 50 year old foreman was able to win the hw title LMAO. Imagine him in his prime

The hw division has been getting worse and worse when it comes to skills and talent. The fact that a 50 year old foreman was able to be competitive against the best and win a title shows how good the hw's of the 1970's were. A prime foreman would have easily beaten holyfield and all the hw's of today. Probably with one hand.

Foreman had really dense bones. That weight along with lean muscle helped him plant and easily expert hard power. Aside from that he was also heavy handed. Muhammad Ali too, big ass dudes. Ali had stallion legs. Canelo too, short and stocky, helps him rip and Plant his power with combinations

Foreman didn't win a belt at 50. He wouldn't have won one unless in the 90's he had fought Moorer after his Tommy Morrison loss . He lost against Briggs in his last fight in 1997 ,and probably beat most guys today like maybe Miller and Pulev but young guys with a punch would swell him up like Alex Stewart style.

Edit : You also have to subtract a decade off because he took a leave of absence in the 70's and didn't sustain punishment for an entire 10 years .He said no way would he have been fighting in the 90's had he not done so.

LMAO. Ummm no it dosen't work that way. You can't say someone that's 50 is really 40. Your reflexes and speed are shot at 50.

Foreman wasn't 50 and he said himself he became a stronger and smarter fighter in his comeback. around the late 80's and around the 1992 time frame. The thread is clearly steered toward a purpose whatever that is ? But you cant say he was active all those years which is a lie ,he took a decade off,. Ha

His best win was Moorer . A much better southpaw Ortiz is still fighting today at 49 himself.

Precisely, the golden era of heavyweights was during Ali's era. Prime foreman was a monster, when he came back and won the title he was no where near as good as he once was, highlighting that the division got weaker.

I think the older version of George would be champion now I wouldn't fancy Wilder, Joshua, Ortiz, Whyte etc to beat him. The only one who would have a decent chance would by Fury because of his movement (but he wouldn't last long against a prime Foreman)

No mate, Moorer hadnt lost all hes power at heavy. He stopped Billups when Lewis couldnt, flattened Alex Stewart in a way only Tyson could, and nearly put Bert Coopers head in the fifth row. Moorer may not have been the best at heavy, but he definitely had power.
