Yeah, they have a surplus.
But yet they have to keep raising taxes, taking money from one project to fund another project, and having billions and billions in unfunded liabilities, despite this supposed surplus.

Schiff said if Trump didn't comply with the subpoenas that would be considered obstruction of justice.
Well Trump flat-out, and publicly, said his Administration isnt going to comply with the subpoenas.
So your team should be drafting up, and voting on, articles of impeachment, right?
Any of y'all know when we can expect that vote?
