Can I makes calls with a IPAD?

I gave my iphone away, but still have a Ipad. Is there a way i can call people on this.

just download a text app, like textmenow or something. or use google voice.

and you can use your tablet like aphone.

yeah I thought about that but you got to buy voice credits right? I still have cellular on the ipad. Just no way to call people.

yeah, you can make calls on Skype on an ipad, probably text apps too. I think google voice will work on it
