In this specific incident, the guy was shot for being black.. that is all..
He wasn't pulled over, wasn't a suspect involved in a chase, was nothing but a black off duty cop trying to help first responders and he got shot because he was black


You can say that the cop was incompetent but that doesn't change the fact that an innoncent black guy was shot for being black

working my way back to a cause of the panic and trying to compare the outrages.

for such a puny portion of the population, blacks are responsible for the great number of felonies. again, adjust for population and usa would be under martial law. how many dangerous cities are populated by blacks ?!?!?

in this specific instance, an off duty cops got involved in a police situation on his own. no one was radio'd ahead informing cops on site of his coming to assist. initial cops cleared him after he checked out. the 2nd set involved a panicky cop. lets call all white cops racists !!!!!!

people want to generalize how white cops are hunting down unarmed innocent black men for no reason other than racism. im open for other reasonings. and if we are generalizing, lets generalize everything.
