If the best way for you to do this is through intermittent fasting or a lot of small meals a day or whatever, then do what works for you. Adjust for your lifestyle.

Love to hit up restaurants? Pass on the extra sides, especially fried ones. Get a good protein source, pass on the soda (try water with lemon) and for your side go old school with a plain baked potato if you have to or just a side of greens (broccoli?). You can still indulge in your ribeye. Once you go a few days off the sugary drinks or beer itís easy to eat out healthy...ish.

Love a bunch of toast with breakfast? Maybe find thin sliced and have less.

Think youíre hungry? Have some water and wait. Sometimes youíre not hungry, just bored.

Donít shop on an empty stomach they say helps buy less junk and cravings? Try that.

You can still eat like a piece of s hit sometimes, just be more selective.

The better you eat, the more motivation you have to work out hard. It goes the other way too. Once you fall into it, you wont want to waste your hard work on a 20 piece chicken mcnugget meal with large fries and a coke.

If youíre ďalways hungryĒ youre eating the wrong thing. There are tons of low calorie and fairly nutrient dense ďcleanĒ foods you can eat in pretty f ucking big portions (Like broccoli).

You got this.

Donít play the short game. Like oh I lose five pounds without giving up smoking or beer. Yeah...for now. Lets see in five-ten-fifteen years how the shi tty habits worked out.

Most people regain the weight + more when they donít make a dedicated lifestyle change.
Pretty much this plus donít make it overly complex.

Cut back the calories but donít get super hungry and that wonít work

I was in my mid 20s... Made sure I get that runner's high, hated food and took xenadrine with ephedrine.

That's how I did 220 to 167 in a little more than 2 months.

you just have to not eat. IF youre not feeling pain in your stomach from not eating, then youre most likely gaining weight or only maintaining. Def not losing though.

Yes and no. It all depends on what the food actually is.

How to lose weight fast and eliminate abdominal fat: ten tricks that make you lose weight

If you want to lose weight without leaving your life in it, write down these simple tips.

When you try to lose weight, the hardest thing to get rid of is your belly. You can go on a diet and lose weight, but the abdominal fat -also called visceral fat- never seems to disappear completely.

1) Eat more fiber to lose weight

Foods that are rich in refined carbohydrates and sugar do not quell hunger, quite the contrary: they make us want more and more by causing insulin spikes in our blood. Instead, eat fiber-rich foods such as whole grains, oats, vegetables, fruits, legumes and chia seeds, as they will make you fuller.

2) Walk

Visceral fat gives way quite easily to aerobic exercise. Burning calories by running, cycling, swimming... increases your heart rate and makes you lose weight. A 2011 study published in the 'American Journal of Physiology' found that the ideal is to run 19 kilometers per week to say goodbye to the belly forever.

3) Make weight: it makes you lose weight

It is important to perform a full body strength training if you want to lose your tummy. Weights help you build muscle, which will replace body fat. In fact, strength training is one of the few activities you can do to speed up your metabolism (the amount of calories you burn at rest).

4) Very Important Magnesium

Magnesium regulates over 300 body functions, and its consumption is important for controlling sugar and insulin levels.

You do not need to take supplements. You can find this mineral in nuts, cereals and legumes.

5) Protein throughout the day

We told you that eating protein at breakfast was essential if you wanted to lose weight, but not only in the morning.

Eating these foods will help you stay full and maintain your muscles after your workout. As a general rule, you should take at least 70 grams of protein throughout the day and take a look at http://buyandrogelonline.org/ to make your testosterone lvl higher.

6) Drink green tea

Green tea is rich in antioxidants called catechins, which help you lose abdominal fat during exercise. One study showed this with a daily dose of 625 mg, the equivalent of two or three cups of green tea.

7) Do your abs

Doing only sit-ups won't make you eliminate your tummy, but it can help, as it helps create lean muscle tissue, which in turn helps burn fat.

8) Relax: stress makes you fat

Stress can alter every part of your body, but the way you handle it can help you reach your weight loss goals. "I think most of the effect of stress is behavioral rather than neurochemical. "It makes us eat more, because we use food as a substitute for dealing with stress.

9) Try to sleep more and better

If you don't rest, you get fat. That's how it is. Sleeping just five hours or less a night increases visceral fat levels, according to a 2010 Wake Forest University study. As you know, you should get at least eight hours of sleep a day, especially if you want to say goodbye to your beer gut.

10) Eat foods with 'good fats

There is no need to fear the 'good fat', on the contrary. "Eat fat to stay thin, don't be afraid of it. Fat is your friend," reads a slogan from the National Obesity Forum, and it is true.

If you choose the right kinds of fat, you can lose weight faster. These are the polyunsaturated ones, like omega 3, or the monounsaturated ones.

We find 'good fats' in foods like olive oil, avocado, nuts and salmon.

This is true. There are plenty of calorie calculators online and some are from accredited medical sites. Find out what your daily allowance is to maintain your current weight then reduce to achieve the desired goal. Like Z said your body will adapt to a lower calorie intake and slow your metabolism eventually. Some people zigzag their daily calories, sum days higher, sum days lower. A lot of people like to throw in a single high calorie day once a week. This can be a cheat meal or a cheat ďdayĒ but donít get carried away with it. Donít double your calories or anything like that. An extra %20-%40 should be fine, and it doesnít need to be all simple carbs like sugars. Train that lagging body part that day and get in some extra protein.
