The difference between Jordan, Kobe and Lebron is the ability to put their team on their shoulders and carry them to the win. Kobe and Jordan had this ability in spades, Lebron not so much. Jordan and Kobe both had the desire to have the ball in their hands when it mattered most. Lebron is content with passing the ball. Hell you can hear the difference in interviews between the three. Lebron just doesn't have that same killer instinct that Jordan and Kobe did. If he did he would have 7 or 8 titles, not three.
