I remember in 2000 when Vicente Fox finally broke the 71 year one party rule in Mexico and in the end he didn't do s#it.
He's gonna walk the line like they all do.

The one thing he may gain ground on is granting criminal amnesty to the cartels, and legalizing some drugs. Something that may not be such a bad thing. Make their money legitimate and allow them to legally pump those billions into an economy that could use all the help it needs.
