No, I doubt he has the first fight hanging over his head. In fact, I feel like his self belief is what converted him into the monster he has become. He took the rematch because he knew it in his heart he had won the first fight and was eager to beat Roman again. He was extremely confident in the rematch and was at peace, he had nothing to prove in his mind because he was sure of himself.
That's what makes him so dangerous, aside from the bombs he wields in shapes of fists.
Agree with this, he exuded the confidence of a champ throughout the fight. He let his hands go like he had something to prove.
