Stay away from the old strip.

Stay in a room with a great view of the lights and try out all the niche cuisine during the day, enjoy the architecture, of course catch some boxing, maybe rent a sportscar and cruise in the desert.

A suite with a hot tub in the main room overlooking the strip if you're with a girl. and just do room service. chilling in the hot tub next to 10 ft of glass on the 40th or whatever floor was boss. I had to be dragged outside.

leave the low stakes gambling, 500% msrp shops, terrible nightly magician shows and 6 ft 2 hookers to the losers (and probably spend the same amount of money).
