Does working for yourself not mean you end up working more hours? Or is it that you can pick and choose your hours?

When I was freelance I was doing crazy hours, but I was a lot younger and didn't know how to structure things properly.

It depends how creative, ambitious and driven you are.

When I worked full time I worked 40 hours a week, every week.

Now I work when I need to. Sometimes I stay busy without sleep 3 days straight to get a project done or because there are new opportunities to take advantage of that occur in succession.

Sometimes I reach moments of stability where I just need to wait for things to unfold and there's nothing else to do.

One thing I've never been able to do is think small, that's a priceless quality as a businessman.
