Tony Thompson said exactly the same sort of thing last week in the LIITR radio interview. He said literally "Wlad is an outgoing, cool guy who does magic and card tricks for people."

Jesus......yeah and when Steve Cunningham was one of the Top CW's in the world for 3-4 years there, everyone in America was walking about how great he is........oh wait.

Do the Klitschkos have any houses in the US? Look at Manny Pacquiao. He lives part time in LA where he trains. People outside of the die hard boxing fans and Filipinos get familiar with him because they see him a lot on HBO and he goes out and does stuff like the Jimmy Kimmel show. I know Wladimir did the Conan show but that's literally the only thing he ever did in the US since his fight in 2008 in MSG. If he was on Showtime or HBO more he would get more attention in the US. No one is interested in him over here because they have no connection with him. He doesn't live in the US he doesn't train in the US and he isn't interested in being on US television.

The heavyweight division hasn't had elite level talent in nearly two decades. Clearly, its about race and not about his resume full of tomato cans.
