Going up to HW didn't fuck him up, going back down to LHW did.
if roy's body was really damaged why did he continue fighting at 175 and blow for the next 5 years? trinidad should have killed him at 170! his body was destroyed! it's called an excuse. you aren't supposed to take them seriously.

Blowing up to HW with all those roids changed jones body permanently, and you saw the effects of that when he went back down......

You've seen what blowing up and coming back down happened to Hatton, McClellan etc.....

Benn to be counted out against Gerald Mclellan, as much as love Benn he was knocked out really that count was a home turf favour, Would have love to seen the G-man fight a whole career don't think there were too many who were gunna beat him.

Roy Jones to fight exclusivly at 168/175 beating fiercer competetion then retiring cementing his place in the top 10-20 of all time.

Lewis to face Tyson a few years earlier

        James Toney staying at 168/175

No taking hits from bigger men just so he could get paid messed him up. Had he stayed at 168 his whole career he would have been fine.

Although the weight loss didn't help.
