Degrees in various fields of studies are just one way to reach wealth in the states. There are many other ways without degrees as well, such as having trade, business, and sale skills which would allow you to obtain a proper living.

In Vegas I've gotten to see more homeless people now then maybe I've seen my whole life combined & two things I've noticed.

A lot of them are older (about 1/3) & unable to work or wouldn't be the first guy (or 2nd or 3rd or 7th) a employer would be looking to hire thats for sure. And 2 a lot of homeless people have mental issues (again about a 1/3, sure there is some crossover there, but I'd say over 50% are old &/or mentally ill) that are likely the leading cause they are in that situation. There isn't a choice being made by the overwhelming majority of homeless people.

If you believe otherwise you don't understand the problem & shouldn't comment on it cuz your opinion is misinformed & different from what the facts suggest.
