Pac got out smarted in boxing business. Simple as that.
I've not doubt he would of beat Jr. in his prime. He would of been too much for Jr. to handle.
Jr. played games to stall the fight whether it be offering flat fees, requiring blood work, etc. Ultimately, Pac was making decent coin with back to back PPVs that his side didn't feel they NEEDED to come down to Jr's demands. Not to mention Bob Arum hated Jr. so he wasn't going to assist in making the fight happen that easily, especially with Jr.'s demands neither.
Pac went the tough road because of his KO loss to Marquez and finally slipping in every respect; ability, PPV buys, etc. He was prime for the picking for Jr. He would also take the less of a chunk pay because it was still going to be higher than what he was currently making regardless.
In the end Pac lost to a smarter business man who played the right moves, avoided losses (real competition), and got the short end of the stick. I'll still consider Pac's wins 10x more meaningful over anything Jr. did. He outright blitzed his opponents and devastated them in more convincing manners than Jr. ever did. He went back to back against A+ opponents and upset the odds when they were against him frequent.
Can't remember a fight we didn't pick Jr. to win...
Show us a pic of that shoulder "bleeding" in round 4 or 5 or 6.
I'll wait.
lolololololol
You really don't know how bleeding works. When you get bruised does it come out instantly? Some takes time before it bleeds out or when it becomes black and blue, but off course you won't get that, but at least you knew Pac bled out eventually whether you don't want to believe it was the 4th or the 5th or the 6th.. It still bled out eventually. Meaning he tore it..
I don't expect you to understand that..
I'm just proving you wrong again to the viewers in this thread.
Can you name 10 professional boxers who think Pac beat Floyd?
Arguably the #1 pound for pound boxer today on this planet thought Pacquiao won. Lomachenko. I would say that Vasyl Lomachenko knows more about the sweet science than anybody on this site by a million miles, lol.
That said, and yes Lomachenko knows more about the sport in his pinky toe than I do in my entire brain and body -- but yeah I'm a die hard Pacquiao fan that thought Floyd won it 8-4. I don't think Pacquiao won, no.
I don't know what would've happened in 2010 but I do know that I think Floyd won they finally fought.
